I had a split experience at this resort. The location is exceptional, right on the beach, and we enjoyed excellent views from our room. However, the service left much to be desired with issues like a lack of maintenance response and unclean conditions. The overall stay did not feel relaxing because of the problems we encountered. While I appreciated the room amenities, the management's dismissive attitude greatly hindered my enjoyment.

The dining was fantastic, and the atmosphere was just what we needed for relaxation. Overall, we absolutely appreciated the great service and beautiful beach access.
